General Conditions

The BritRail pass cannot be purchased by UK residents and is not transferable.

Ticketing method

Mobile pass. The pass must be activated through the provided URL to get the tickets allowing to travel. The tickets can be printed or added to your mobile device.

Refund Conditions   

• Comprehensive conditions of use can be found on the ticket cover.   

• Passes must be presented for refund unused and not validated.   

•  A 15% cancellation fee plus HK$250 will be applied to totally unused passes returned within 1 year of issuing date   

• Passes can not be replaced if lost or stolen. We recommend purchase a Travel Insurance before departure
